The Launch Missile Defense System is seeking an
Associate Financial Analyst to join our team. The candidate can be based either in
Huntsville, AL or Colorado Springs, CO facilities.
In This Role, The Selected Candidate Will
- Act as the primary point of contact for intercompany/intracompany work orders (IWOs)
- Set up Profit Center, WBS and Network in ERP System
- Track IWOs to ensure networks get closed when POP ends, perform analysis to ensure there is no charging past POP or above funding
- Assist with ad hoc data requests, inquiries, problem resolution and special projects
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Assist with miscellaneous financial analysis including monthly/quarterly financial reporting/forecasting
- Identify and assist in implementing process improvements.
- Work effectively with geographically dispersed team
Basic Qualifications For Level 1
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree
- Microsoft Office experience, including MS Excel, will be needed for the role
- Financial or accounting experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with COGNOS
- Experience with SAP
- Department of Defense (DoD) experience
- Aerospace, Space, or Defense industry experience
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Currently residing in Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL
Salary Range for Colorado Springs, CO $54,200.00 - $81,200.00
Salary Range for Huntsville, AL $56,900.00 - $85,300.00

Salary Range: $54,200 - $81,200
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
