We have an exciting opportunity for a 6-month fixed-term People Specialist – Recruitment & Talent to join our team.
The role:
- You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent within Air New Zealand.
- Collaborate with leaders across various business groups, especially in digital and technology roles, to provide industry expertise, understand business needs, and execute the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Drive successful recruitment outcomes with energy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- By working closely with our People team, you’ll help align recruitment efforts with broader HR strategies and ensure a collaborative approach to attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent.
What you will bring to the role:
- Significant internal and/or agency recruitment experience with a proven track record of recruiting diverse roles.
- Experience recruiting digital/technology talent would be advantageous but is not essential.
- The ability to hit the ground running, you will have strong search and market mapping skills.
- A natural relationship builder with the ability to gain credibility quickly with leaders.
- A collaborative team player who will contribute to the overall success and delivery of our objectives.
- The ability to effectively manage each step of the candidate journey while providing a great experience along the way.
- Personal drive and grit while being comfortable with change, ambiguity, and consistently striving for excellence.
