Salary: $66,428 – $74,991
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage, control, and document electronic records for the Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) program related to technical information and feedback from Lockheed Martin/Irving Shipbuilding Incorporated
- Maintain and update various spreadsheets and toolsets (e.g., Windchill) to provide program metrics
- Ensure accurate permissions for sharing confidential documents and compliance with security marking protocols before sharing with external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on documentation processes and requirements
- Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards
Essential
Your skills and experiences:
- Previous experience in an administrative position
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
- Ability to communicate to various levels of stakeholders
Desirable
- Experience with tools such as Windchill, Jira or similar
- Bachelor’s Degree or college diploma in business administration or equivalent work experience

The River Class Destroyer Document Control Team
You will be joining the endeavour to deliver Canada’s largest Defence Procurement and the build programme as part of the BAE Systems River Class Destroyer team. We are based both in Halifax, Nova Scotia and Glasgow, United Kingdom working as one team. The Document Control team currently consists of 8 Document Controllers and is growing as the project progresses, and as such we are looking to add to our team with the Halifax office.
