About the team you are joining
The
IATA Strategic Partnerships Program (SPP) is a platform for a range of aviation
solution providers to build, as well as strengthen relationships with key
industry stakeholders. Through their participation in various working groups, close
to 470 Strategic Partners participate in standard-setting activities to develop
products and services aligned with IATA standards ahead of the competition,
contribute to the development, implementation and dissemination of standards,
and to gain unique insight into airlines’ priorities with the opportunity to be
recognized for their cooperation with IATA in serving the air transport
industry.
What your day would be like
The incumbent will be coordinating all
updates pertaining to the Program’s 30+ areas of involvement (in coordination
with the Intern); providing data support to regional sales as part of revenue
generating activities and delivering regular and ad hoc reports on the status
of partners (in coordination with the Assistant Manager). The incumbent will also
be responsible for driving marketing activities and will play a critical role
in the preparatory work contributing to the delivery of IATA events.
In particular, the incumbent will cover
the following activities:

Work with the Intern to develop and oversee the marketing priorities for SPP;

Coordinate all changes and updates related to SPP areas of involvement
(pricing, product sheets, order forms, etc.);
- Work with the Assistant Manager to generate regular and ad-hoc reports on the
status of SPs, new business, and payment plans working closely with the
Contract Office team;
- Work closely with the IATA Events and Sponsorships teams by providing
relevant information in a timely manner to ensure SPP participation at IATA
Events and communicating benefits (IATA Annual General Meeting, Aviation Energy
Forum, as well the World Sustainability Symposium, the World Data Symposium and
the World Security Conference);

Ensure that workflow processes to deliver SPP benefits are clear and delivered
to Strategic Partners;
- Support ongoing partnership activities.
