Key Responsibilities
The performance coach will lead enterprise-wide M&A performance procedures to drive performance and productivity for the business, employees, and leaders. Performance coaches will create and oversee a systematic process to address performance concerns with consistency and standardization. They will be expected to work with cross-divisional leaders to provide support, coaching, and feedback regarding underperforming employee situations. It is expected that the performance coach will align with leaders and employees on company goals, trainings, feedback, and performance adjustments. The performance coach will identify, report, and resolve performance management cases.
- Create and oversee the implementation of performance procedures that support and enhance employee performance and business productivity
- Evaluate the effectiveness of feedback and individual development plans, making improvements as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance management
- Partner with cross-divisional leaders and employees to provide support, coaching, and feedback regarding performance management situations
- Help set performance expectations and goals for leaders and employees through continuous feedback loop communications and constructive development plans
- Gather and assess business intelligence and necessary data to assess employee performance and identify individual and/or departmental workplace issues and developmental barriers
- Identify, report, and resolve performance management cases
- Provide a factual basis for management decisions regarding hiring or letting go of employees, Ensure leaders have provided and documented feedback and support to employees
- Consult with HR Partner and Legal team as needed

What’s Needed To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- 4 or more years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, Talent Management, Talent Development, Labor Relations or Business Management
- Conflict management
- Exemplary interpersonal and mentorship skills
- Ability to coach and influence leaders and employees
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Strong written communication
- Applies critical thinking to solve problems
- Exercises good judgment in decision-making
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

- PHR / SPHR
- Ability to explain complex processes and employee development milestones in a clear manner
- Experience interpreting performance data and statistics
