Digital Media Performance Strategist
Summary of the role
The Digital Media Performance Strategist manages client portfolios, focusing on maximizing ROAS and profitability. The Strategist handles media plans, account onboarding, media strategy, campaign optimizations. Strong communication skills, understanding of Digital Media channels are strengths needed to help achieve our goals for clients.
In this role you’ll / Your main responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of client needs and establish a cohesive, trusting relationship.
- Conduct conference calls with clients regarding campaign performance and recommend modifications for improved campaign performance, while providing analysis and commentary for client reports.
- Research and develop strategy and media plans for clients; identify target audience; recommend budgets and ideal media channels.
- Recommend new products and budget re-allocation/growth for existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date on Client/Competition/Agency/Industry business through trade publications, newspapers, and websites, and assess the potential impact of industry events/trends on the client’s business.
- Manage client onboarding and renewal process.
- Draft ad copy and keywords, and present them to clients for approval.
- Initiate campaign set-up and workflow for tracking tags.
- Manage creative development and client approval process
- Establish deadlines for various components to achieve completed projects by designated due dates.
- Ensure all new and renewal campaigns launch and quality SLAs are met.
About The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study; may include Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant online media experience and client-facing roles (implementing and managing Digital Media campaigns through Google and Meta/Facebook channels).
- Demonstrated passion for innovation, strategy, thinking outside of the box, and establishing positive customer relationships.
- Has successful management of projects through organization, multi-tasking, prioritization, communication, and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand statistics and troubleshoot data to identify the way forward.
