The Aftermarket Analytics Intern is part of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations (SIOP) organization. In this role you will support Aftermarket leaders and Operations experts with analytics, tools, and reporting, empowering them to make informed and data-driven decisions. In this team you will work with a diverse group of co-workers who appreciate both collaboration and individuality and are open-minded to differing opinions and methods in order to reach a common goal: Customer-Oriented Results and Excellence.
Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run May/June- December (including the Fall semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).
What You Will Do:
- Prepare and analyze data to support recommendations to senior leadership
- Streamline business processes using Data Management tools
- Provide the team with recurring reports on data-driven metrics
What You Will Learn:
- Data Management tools such as Alteryx, SAP, and SQL
- Professional presentation skills including building PowerPoint decks and presenting analyses to business leaders
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office products
- Experience analyzing large sets of data with attention to detail
- Experience using coding languages (SQL, Python) to perform statistical analysis

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
