Boeing Global Services is seeking a Product Owner in Englewood, CO.
Position Responsibilities:
- Certified Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin
- Develops and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for the product team.
- Collaborates with Sales Directors, Marketers, Service leaders and the product team to identify concerns and potential issues included new approaches to meet the business and customer needs.
- Acts as a point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by CRM end users. Capable of effectively communicating and de-escalating issues with impacted parties.
- Drafts key objectives and results, strategies that apply to the data for the product to make better business decisions.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience and CRM strategies.
- Assists in testing, including UAT coordination, for new feature releases.
- Analyzes regular metrics, key results and outcomes to identify new capabilities or improvement areas for the CRM.
- Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way.
- Salesforce Business Analyst certificate a plus.
- Prior SaaS product or market experience a plus.
This position allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at the listed location option. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Product Owner experience
- Experience designing software solutions to meet end user's requirements using agile methods and writing supporting documents
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor’s) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s and typically 13 or more years’ related work experience.)
Relocation:

Summary pay range: 152,150 – 205,850
