Position Summary
The Supervisor Learning Administration is responsible for overseeing campus operations which include oversight of three support areas: Reception, Campus Support, and Campus Logistics and Transportation. The Supervisor coaches and mentors crewmembers who support all the functions mentioned and provide support as tasked by their crewleader. The Supervisor must partner closely with other JetBlue teams, including Infrastructure, Properties and Development (IP&D), Talent Acquisition, and all JetBlue University (JBU) Colleges to support the delivery of a positive experience to our internal customers.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop operational coverage schedules for all areas of oversight
- Develop Transportation schedule based on Campus events
- Develop and maintain internal training and operating manuals
- Support Campus-wide event set up and accommodations
- Approve the payroll for hourly crewmembers
- Train crewmembers on daily job-related duties including but not limited to operating procedures, administrative functions, audio visual and classroom podium operation, reception tasks and tools among others tasks
- Serve as liaison point of contact for Campus business partners, i.e. vending, delivery, facility maintenance, transportation among others
- Lead, mentor, and develop all crewmembers on the team
- Support Campus supplies ordering and approval
- Support crewleader with planning, forecasting, tracking and reconciliation of department budget
- Support crewleader with Orlando Support Center (OSC) Lodge tasks as needed
- Take a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, goal achievement
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience And Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
- Three (3) years of organization support or administrative experience
- One (1) year of leadership experience and leading teams
- Excellent follow-up, organizational, planning, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Three (3) years of previous supervisory experience
- One (1) year of previous Hospitality industry experience
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to develop talent
- Experience with coordinating support for a corporate learning environment
- Experience in operational budget, invoicing and tracking

- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
