Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

General Manager, HC Enterprise & Performance Management
Role Purpose
This role is critical in leading and managing the Group’s talent acquisition function and helping the organisation hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting innovation in the hiring and onboarding practices. The role will manage the day-to-day operations of the department, and with strong partnership and rapport building with the stakeholders and other HC teams, this role will also support the employment branding initiatives
Key Accountability
- Accountable for implementing innovative company-wide TA strategic, tactical, and operational plans.
- Gather input and strategic direction from the Company and manage workload and resource distribution across teams, including scheduling, assignment of work etc
- Shape and drive the standardization of the end-to-end TA process and policies, leveraging on technologies.
- Manage a team of recruiters and talent coordinators in ensuring efficient performance of role filling
- Lead the team to achieve or exceed department goals by leveraging resources and by driving a continual focus on best practices and a deeper understanding of the business
- Vendor and agency management in gaining external support for sourcing needs
- Manage workflow of documents according to Company policies and procedures in ensuring service levels are achieved
- Manage cost centres and budget utilisation pertaining to recruitment activities
- Spearhead on innovative and creative ways of employees onboarding
Qualification & Experience
- Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field with more than 7 years in Human Resource and, > 4 years in Management Role.
Areas Of Experience
- General human resource and line business activities
- Experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant
- Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
- Manage diverse stakeholders and team members
- Subject matter expertise, knowledge of local recruitment practices along with the ability to use market intelligence and analyse market trends to provide insights to clients
