Position Summary
The Lead of Product and Digital Marketing is required to formulate and lead strategic marketing plans for the business to deliver profitability and business growth for the group, by driving new product launches and pushing growth on pillar products (internal & external) through the implementation of the marketing plans. This person will work with both internal and external teams, including agency partners to develop a 360 go-to-marketing strategies and integrated marketing plans which includes development of the overall marketing approach, planning, messaging and creative, to deliver success in branding, social, performance marketing & CRM, to meet the overall business goals for both business unit and group. This role will be responsible for executing the strategy by collaborating with different stakeholders.
Key Accountability
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies & Campaigns that promotes the business , engagement, conversions and repeat bookings through various online and offline channels
- Lead and guide team to define the campaign objectives , strategies, KPI , target segments to drive lead generation and sales
- Oversea the design and execution of user journey for the trigger of Email Marketing, personalisation business rules for loyalty members and guests
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels to drive conversions and acquisition, including A/B testing and other optimization strategies to maximize website performance.
- Partner with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors to ensure efficiency of marketing initiatives, campaigns and optimization of budgets.
- Manage and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and marketing tactics.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage Pay per click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Implement and manage website enhancements to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Qualification & Working Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Finance or Business Administration with 6-7 years work experience in Business Revenue, Digital Marketing, Marketing
