About The Role & Team
SITA Barcelona is on the lookout for recent graduates to join our Skystar Program within the Global Privacy Office (GPO) function, initially for a 12 month period, with the potential for a permanent role.
Your Main Tasks Will Involve Supporting Data Privacy Related Initiatives, Providing Assistance Under Supervision Of The Senior GPO Project Portfolio Manager, And Ensuring The Smooth Operation Of Data Privacy Processes. Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist the Senior GPO Project Portfolio Manager in progressing AI and Privacy Project activities and initiatives
- Support data audits to ensure compliance with AI & Privacy regulations
- Assist with Policy Development: Help draft and update data privacy policies and procedures
- Support Incident Response: Assist in managing and responding to data breaches or other security incidents
- Training and Awareness: Help educate employees about data protection best practices and company policies.
Who You Are
- A graduate in Data Science, Law or related discipline, or relevant experience in Data Privacy
- A strong attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem solving abilities
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Resilient and adaptable to working in a challenging, fast paced & environment.
