We are seeking an experienced
Learning & Development System Administrator in
Englewood, CO. to lead the implementation of our new Sales Enablement Platform, developing an innovative content strategy that span across integrated platforms. In this role, you will empower our Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) team by equipping them with essential skills and tailored content to engage buyers effectively. You will design and deliver impactful learning content through Seismic, creating intranet pages and concise training videos. You’ll play a critical role in integrating our learning ecosystem and delivering content across channels.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with third-party professional services to configure the software to meet security standards, integration needs, and system requirements. Early tasks will involve vendor discovery calls, software design, content indexing, and establishing a content-referencing workflow.
Strong program management skills are recommended for coordinating cross-functional partner calls and handling new software requests. You will oversee system maintenance, user setup, and onboarding while managing daily deliverables such as creating training pages, launching courses, releasing video updates, and offering system support.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with mixed media files, digital filing systems, instructional design, and system administration. This position requires up to 20% travel and offers a hybrid work arrangement, with on-site presence expected as needed for coordinating instructor-led sessions, workshops, or training programs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Spearheaded the implementation of our new Sales Enablement Platform and a comprehensive content management strategy, including advanced taxonomies. Create scalable content solutions using UI frameworks, modularity, and localization concepts.
- Develop, build, and maintain all elements related to the Sales Enablement’s functionality, including but not limited to content landing pages, curricula tracks, course assignments, and reporting. Integrate learning and development initiatives with Salesforce and integrated platforms.
- Develop a standardized learning management system operational process, procedures, guidelines, and documentation related to use and maintenance.
- Nurture partnership relations with Marketing, IT Business Partners, Application Architect, Seismic Account Manager/Professional Services, etc. Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Sales Specialists, and Content Managers to establish a content migration strategy and workback plan.
- Train and enablement teammates to self-serve as appropriate to build, sustain, and support learning courses and learning paths. Create job aids and conduct 1:1 team training workshops. Provide end-user troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Monitor performance goals and project deadlines that align with DAS’s organizational learning objectives. Report system/data/process gaps and proactively identify system enhancement features. Manage an ad-hoc request queue for training records, compliance metrics, and system enhancements.
- Stay current on Sales Enablement Platforms/Learning technology trends, vendors, best practices to ensure that Boeing DAS leverages emerging technologies to deliver best-in-class employee development.
This position is hybrid which allows some telecommuting. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology Management, Instructional Design, Organization Development, Education, Business, or a similar field.
- 4 or more years relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of previous experience in administering learning and content management systems (Seismic strongly preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in developing content inventories, taxonomies, and content strategies. This may also include content strategy platforms or a similar system.
- 5+ years of proven experience in training delivery and/or instructional design; preferably for a global company with a comprehensive learning curriculum.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and communication
- Knowledge and experience with online learning protocols (e.g., SCORM, xAPI, AICC, etc.). Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate, or similar products.
- Familiarity with UX and UI design principles.
- Experience with video and image media formats. Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Motion Graphics, etc.
- Ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional partners and program manage technical/process challenges.
- Ability to pick up new systems and software easily.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
