Boeing Global Services is seeking an experienced
Sales Enablement Learning Instructor in
Englewood, Co. to create and deliver global sales training for our Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) team. This includes coaching various go-to-market stakeholders (Sales Directors, Service Leads, Technical Sellers, Onboard Employees, etc). Exposure to sales coaching at all levels of tenure in a B2B enterprise is preferred. This role is responsible for leading new hire workshops globally, online continued education training series, and field sales coaching. Additionally, you will support video coaching/assessment software within a Sales Enablement Tool. The development and management of a global training calendar can be expected. In this role, you will also establish a partnership with Human Resources to streamline the onboard learning curriculum from pre-arrival to new hire advancement. A skillset in reporting learning engagement to achievable outcomes for Managers is desired. This position is expected to travel globally 40%, with flexibility for hybrid work. This individual must be onsite as requested for training. Global onsite support may include learning workshop facilitation, emcee opportunities, presenter preparation, and setup coordination.
Position Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Develop a global training calendar for onsite, online, and third-party training.
- Instruction: Use instructional design theory to create live training using blended learning methods. Teach topic-specific training to various go-to-market stakeholders. Emcee or coach subject-matter-experts on learning content creation, organized content hierarchies, presentation visuals, workshop activities, etc. Support training setup coordination and facilitation globally.
- Video Coaching: Provide video coaching and assessment through a Sales Enablement Tool. Emcee online training that also tracks attendance and records content for later use.
- Onboarding Liaison: Execute the onboarding curriculum to create a seamless ramp-up for our growing team. Instruct a quarterly onboarding workshop with hire news and partners. Streamline onboard training information between Human Resources, Managers, and Shared Services. Remain a point of contact for incoming requests, questions, and walkthroughs for new talent.
- Reporting: Generate user engagement and course evaluation reports for live training to measure the learning impact on expected outcomes. Use data to enhance course content.
This position is hybrid which allows some telecommuting. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Coaching, Communications, Instructional Design, Business, or a similar field.
- 4 or more years relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of proven experience in content writing for comprehensive training programs.
- 5+ years of proven experience in leading training including presenting, teaching, coaching, etc.
- Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with and creating dashboards.
- Ability to travel up to 40% globally.
