Primary Job Duties- Monitor all air-conditioning and heating systems at hangar location
- Monitor fire control and alarm systems
- Supervise custodial personnel
- Supervise landscaping, sprinkler repair and mowing
- Respirator fit tester
- Coordinate special work performed by contractors
- Work with vendors for special parts
- Monitor hazard waste disposal
- Order supplies and special services for hangar
- Repair small electrical, plumbing and air problems
- Monitor and ensure equipment such as lifts, ladders, work stands, etc. are safe operative condition
- General repairs and maintenance of the facility
Minimum Requirements- Be at least 18 year of age
- Good communication skills
- Possess a valid unrestricted driver's license
- Able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to work under stressful situations and tight time constraints
- Self-motivated
- Team Player
- Required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules
Physical and Other Requirements- Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably
