We are recruiting for an Assistant Accountant – Customer and Operations to join the Finance team at easyJet holidays.
In this role you’ll have responsibility of key financial processes related to customer credit and supplier recoveries, ensuring accuracy and control in day-to-day transactions. Reporting to the Finance Manager – Operations, you’ll be maintaining reliable accounts while driving improvements in processes and reporting.
You’ll reconcile credit and claims transactions, manage month-end processes, and support the development of insightful reporting to analyse trends and ensure accuracy. Working across systems like Atcom, Salesforce, and Agresso, you’ll keep everything consistent and aligned, and you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to automation initiatives and explore operational performance through data analysis, helping the team identify opportunities for improvement.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
We’re looking for somebody who already has, or is pursuing, an accounting qualification such as AAT. You’ll have a good understanding of Excel, be proactive, motivated, and ready to take on a challenge. You’ll have strong attention to detail, especially when working with large datasets, and feel comfortable diving into numbers to keep everything accurate and on track.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
