Fokker Landing Gear, part of GKN Fokker Aerospace, is a recognized specialist in landing gear and related systems. We focus on designing, developing, manufacturing, and assembling complete landing gears, as well as repairing and reassembling systems already in use. We work on some of the most renowned aircraft and helicopters, such as the Apache attack helicopter, the F-35 Lightning II (JSF), the Bombardier Dash 8 Q400, and the multi-purpose NH90 maritime combat helicopter.

We are rapidly growing into a multi-technology aviation campus in Papendrecht, where we bring together our dynamic production processes. In this inspiring work environment, you will become part of the Machining unit, where operators and quality inspectors perform and inspect machining operations with the goal of producing landing gear components. Together with your motivated team leads, both experienced and less experienced, you will build your unit. You will also work closely with other managers from various departments to ensure the success of Fokker Landing Gear. Job Summary
We are looking for an End to End Supply Chain Lead to lead the Product Team of Landing Gear based in Papendrecht. As Supply Chain Lead you will manage the end to end plan for each program using standard processes and strategies. The Product Team includes Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Procurement, Quality Control and Operations. As Supply Chain Lead you will monitor the day to day progress of each department and determine if escalations are required. This role is critical for our business to deliver upon its delivery commitments. In this role you will report to the site Planning Manager.
What you will do

- Utilize Strong communication skills to ensure feedback loops are put in place to ensure full integration of the Product team
- Utilise an automated line of balance to drive decisions based upon facts and reasoning, utilizing strong problem solving skills
- Ensure that the Master Production Schedule (MPS) commitments are achieved by the business for your programme segment
- Monitor and analyze key SCM metrics
- Ensure a daily cadence is put in place to and delivered in line with the Terms of Reference provided in line with the standard ways of working
- Facilitate the team members to solve problems ensuring that escalations are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
- Accountable for the end to end delivery of the programme segment allocated to you. From ordering of raw material and external supply through to the end delivery to the customer
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+years' experience as a Planning Lead or project Management preferably aerospace manufacturing organization.
- Proven experience in effectively managing Planning processes and operational performance.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, and preferably in Dutch. If you do not yet speak Dutch, you are willing to learn it in the short term to ensure effective communication within the team.
- As a team player, you are willing to work closely with others and are flexible in accepting additional responsibilities to achieve the team’s and organization's goals.
- Living in the vicinity of Papendrecht, or willing to permanently relocate.
