ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Digital project management & business development:
a. Collect requirements from stakeholders and customers to ensure our projects meet their needs.
b. Regularly review project progress with customers to ensure alignment with goals.
c. Secure reliable delivery of projects and ensure proper maintenance afterward.
d. Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
e. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.
f. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
2. Digital project development:
a. Write and review code, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions.
b. Apply a design mindset to develop user-friendly digital products.
c. Evaluate and select appropriate technology platforms and tools for project
execution.
d. Work under an agile mindset, adapting to changes and ensuring timely deliveries.
e. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
f. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
g. Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.
3. Continuous Improvement:
a. Identify opportunities for improving project management and development
processes.
b. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
QUALIFICATION
1. EDUCATION: with master degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
2. EXPERIENCE: 5 year experience in digital project management and development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
3. CERTIFICATION: N/A
4. LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking
5. KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
a. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript is a plus).
b. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
c. Knowledge of machine learning or optimization is a plus.
6. ABILITIES:
a. Technical Expertise: Familiar with Python, SQL, JavaScript and able to write
high-quality solutions.
b. Project Management: Good at developing detailed project plans, timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on quality.
c. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively
interact with clients, partners, and team members.
d. Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and deliver presentations in English.
