Job Description:
As a Supply Chain Management Associate, you will be responsible for the entire procurement process from requisition assignment to purchase order closeout for assigned requisitions. You will send requests for quotation to suppliers, collect and analyze quotes, place purchase orders, and follow through material receipt and purchase order closeout. You will work both with other internal departments and with external suppliers to execute on material needs and priorities. This is a hybrid role based out of the Mason, Ohio location.
Essential Functions:
- Follow internal and government procurement procedures to execute on assigned tasks
- Send requests for quote to appropriate vendors for assigned requisitions
- Collect and analyze quotes for best value
- Place purchase orders
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Track delivery commitments with suppliers to ensure business needs are met
- Collaborate with others to resolve invoicing, quality, and other types of issues as they arise
- Propose solutions and process improvements
- Work to achieve operational targets that impact team results
- Learn from others, share information, ask questions, and check for understanding
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in supply chain, business administration or related field from an accredited university or college.
- A minimum of 0 to 1 year of prior related experience.

- Able to work independently with minimal task oversight.
- Adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proficient with MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Internships, co-ops, or other work experience in supply chain roles and/or in the aerospace and defense industries is a plus
- Ability to work with DoD customers and develop concise go forward plans
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $46,000MIN - $86,000MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
