Our program is anticipated to run from May 19th, 2025 through August 1st, 2025. You will be onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Communications Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing communications within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness and supporting internal and external communications.
Responsibilities:
Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Content Creation: Assist in writing and editing marketing materials, including webpages, blogs, social media content, emails, and internal communications.
- Social Media Management: Support the management of Parker Lord's social media platforms by creating engaging social copy and creative graphics.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategics and campaigns.
- Event Support: Help MarCom lead coordinated marketing efforts for trade shows, webinars, and other events.
- Reporting and Analysis: Support the tracking and analysis of marketing campaign and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Sophomore who is actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, and/or a related field.
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- Strong leadership skills and a “can do” attitude
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g Canva) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast paced setting.
