About The Role & Team
We are excited to welcome a talented UX designer with 5+ years of experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. If you have a strong knowledge of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and responsive design, and can effectively collaborate as a supportive team player, this position is a perfect fit!
What You’ll Do
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Work with product and engineering teams to design user-focused solutions.
- Create various UX deliverables including personas, user journey maps, site maps, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, style guides, and usability/research reports.
- Understand and apply Design System and accessible design principles.
- Conduct UX research and usability testing proficiently.
- Translate user research insights into practical design solutions.
- Advocate for user requirements throughout the development process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
- UX certification from organizations such as Human Factors International (HFI), Nielsen Norman Group (NNG), or Interaction Design Foundation (IDF).
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with front-end technologies is a plus.
