As a key player in our Operations Support team, you’ll safeguard our operations, enforce security protocols, and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace.
💻 Your role:
→ Manage Access Control: Oversee the issuance and tracking of access badges.
→ Surveillance Operations: Respond to requests for CCTV footage and monitor security systems.
→ Safety Inspections: Conduct safety rounds in compliance with DGLV regulations.
→ Policy Enforcement: Implement and monitor SWP safety procedures.
→ Team Guidance: Provide support, guidance, and evaluation for parking agents and other personnel.
→ Incident Reporting: Document and escalate safety violations to ensure swift resolution.
What You Bring to the team:
✅ Familiarity with DGLV customs regulations, CCTV and badge software, and cargo management systems like CargoSpot.
✅ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with security tools (PCs, trunk radios, phones).
✅ Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English—written and spoken.
