Role Introduction
Reports to: Corporate Reporting Manager
The Assistant Manager Corporate Reporting sits under the Financial Services Department who will be responsible to provide reporting and analysis of financial performance for shareholders and directors from both statutory and management reporting perspectives. You will be responsible for supporting in the production of interim and annual financial statements and audit support schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management reporting information for Directors and Department Heads, Route Contribution Report and presentation decks are the key deliverables
- Support in the production of interim and annual financial statements and audit supporting schedules
- Provide report commentary and insightful analysis to enable management to monitor and improve business performance
- Ensure report integrity through reconciliations, controls and validation of data
- Manage upstream data dependencies and upload files for report inputs and maintain report hierarchies to ensure consistency and usefulness of information
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to sustain technical stability of reports
- Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the KPI framework and financial targets
- Work on cross departmental initiatives to enhance inputs and outputs of reporting data for Finance and other reports
- Provide support to the various internal finance teams on the development and production of management reports
- Drive sustainability and continuity of reporting capabilities
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or related discipline with a professional designation in Accountancy
- Minimum 6 years' relevant accounting experience. Audit experience with recognized audit firms is a definite advantage
- Strong problem solving skills, analytical mind, planning & organizing abilities as well as interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly skilful with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in SAP advantageous
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal skills including communication and presentation
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, independently as well as an effective team player
