- Carry out safety, first aid and security procedures to the highest standard
- Be our brand ambassador and provide genuine, personal experiences to all our customers
- Deliver service excellence by creating memorable inflight experiences and exceed our customers’ expectations at every opportunity
- Attend to customer’s needs in a caring and professional manner

- Uphold inflight policies and comply with all regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Bachelor’s degree or above, or high school graduate accompanied by at least 1 year of flight attendant experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Thai. A third language is preferable.
- A valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above, taken on or after 01 May 2023 will be exempted from the English assessment.*
- Good communication skills
- Minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe
- Previous experience in an airline, hospitality or service industry would be advantageous
As the position you are applying for is safety-sensitive, the successful candidate will be required to meet the following criteria:
- Successful pre-employment background check, including criminal records
- Demonstrate physical fitness to meet the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment
- Pass a pre-employment drug test. Testing will be done following the HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B, CAD373
- Candidates holding a valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above, may be exempted from the English assessment. Please upload a copy of your score during the application stage. The assessment result must be within the validity period. Please note that your result will also be validated at a later stage during the recruitment process.

Personal & Application Information
Selected candidates will be invited by email to attend our Assessment Day in Bangkok in February 2025. Candidates are expected to finish the assessments in one day. The estimated date of joining for successful candidates will be in the second quarter of 2025.
Where the successful candidates require a work permit to reside and work in Hong Kong, their employment will be conditional on immigration approval; please refer to the Hong Kong Immigration Department's website for details.
