Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role focuses on ensuring seamless management of payroll, compensation & benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The position plays a key role in maintaining efficient administrative processes, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and providing expert support to HR Business Partner (HRBP) initiatives.
Your activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws related to administrative personnel management, payroll, and social declarations.
- Maintain, monitor, and communicate the internal regulations to employees.
- Build professional and effective relationships with external providers (social security institutions, retirement funds, etc.).
- Prepare salary adjustment and promotion letters.
- Consolidate and verify variable payroll elements submitted by administrative contacts.
- Prepare fixed, variable, and other payroll elements (loans, advances, medical leaves, etc.) based on consolidated information from HR contacts and recruitment services.
- Process final settlement calculations for departing employees.
- Generate payroll journals for accounting and archiving purposes.
- Issue and distribute payslips to employees.
- Reconcile payroll data with accounting records (loans, advances, leave balances, etc.).
- Analyze tax reporting (e.g., 9421 form) to ensure alignment with accounting records.
- Draft and manage the posting of memos and administrative letters.
- Drive Compensation & Benefits by analyzing salary data, monitoring benefits plans, and ensuring compliance with compensation policies.
- Drive HRBP functions by providing expertise in payroll and benefits administration to align HR strategies and any new HR projects with business goals.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
Your profile
- Education: Masters' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of experience in HR, payroll management, or compensation & benefits.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in payroll systems and time-tracking software.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and social declarations.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, French & Arabic
