About The Role & Team
As a Lead Functional Analyst (HRIS), you will have strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Talent, Absence and compensation. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Application Management, you will be part of an international team supporting the HR department globally. At SITA, we achieve more together. Responsible for gathering, managing and analysing requirements to design new application changes for own areas of responsibility ensuring sufficient effort is made to promote ""vanilla"" functionality.
Takes part in the delivery, testing and support of application changes related to own area of responsibility.
Contributes to the development process best practices and, using a consultative approach, gets buy-in from all stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Gather, manage, and analyze requirements to design new application changes, promoting ''vanilla'' functionality wherever possible.
- Assist and take ownership of estimates developed by less experienced staff and/or offshore providers.
- Manage the delivery, testing, and support of application changes.
- Ensure quality solutions are delivered to business users on time and within budget.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into deliverables.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar fields.
- Recognized professional qualification, where applicable, is desirable.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or development projects.
- Strong technical experience with Web Services (REST and SOAP API), HDL & FBDI, HCM extracts, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of underlying Oracle Cloud HCM tables, hands-on experience with BIP reports, bursting queries, and tuning SQL/PLSQL.
- Experience with Fusion-based integrations and integration design patterns.
- Experience with performance monitoring and operational monitoring in Oracle Fusion.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to present and build technology solutions considering existing business processes and the need to transform them.
- Knowledge of SDLC best practices, including automated code/configuration build and deployment lifecycles, as well as code quality and unit tests.
