As a Senior Business Planning Manager at Rolls-Royce, you will play a key role in shaping the future of business aviation. In this pivotal position, you will improve and execute the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, as well as drive the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process. Your expertise will be instrumental in influencing both short-term results and long-term strategies. You will gain key insights into customer demand, operations, and finance, while collaborating with diverse teams across various levels of the organization.

It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. What you will be doing
With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to:
- Lead cross-engine prioritisation discussions with A&T to agree engine launch profile.
- Lead improvement workstreams in the global SIOP improvement project.
- Agree mid-term sales and operations plan with all business aviation programmes, liaise programme managers, VPs, finance, and operations planning & control.
- Improve existing tools for effective business forecasting and provide analyses for solid business decisions.
- Manage senior business stakeholders and create a sound logic for business planning decisions.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Hold a university degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Bring extensive experience in planning, sales operations, and inventory management.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen, with a proven ability to drive informed, impactful decisions.
- Possess advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Have a successful track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives.
- Be proficient in English, both written and verbal.
