We are now looking for PAYROLL PROCESS LEAD to be responsible for the successful execution and development of payroll process solutions in close cooperation with the People & Culture (P&C) department, internal stakeholders, and the payroll vendor. The role is positioned within the People and Culture; People Services organization and reports to the Manager of Employee Lifecycle and Payroll Processes. Main responsibilities: Provide second-tier support and subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders with operative payroll processes Lead and participate in the development of payroll processes Keep track of changes affecting payroll alongside P&C roles and the vendor Payroll process lead develops Finnair payroll end to end processes. Ensuring payroll and time processes documentation, instructions and end user support are in place at all times. Ensuring timeliness and quality in conducting Finnair´s employment lifecycle-related changes and payroll end to end processes according to business needs, yearly HR clock, payroll schedule, laws, regulations, collective agreements and local agreements.
