For 50 years, our training products have been helping businesses operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably, building career opportunities for the people they employ. You will join the IATA Training team, ensuring product delivery to 100,000 students every year. We are a strong and diverse team which strives to contribute to the development of professionals the commercial aviation industry needs.
What your day would be like
Intern Training Products Support will play a crucial role in supporting our portfolio of training products and contribute to new product development initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, market research and business strategy.
Responsibilities:
Perform
market research to support ew product development initiatives
Assist
in creating business cases for new product ideas
Gather
and synthesize customer feedback and identify opportunities for product
improvement
Assist
in managing and updating product sheet information
Support
the product team with administration, logistics and marketing matters
pertaining to the training portfolio;
Process
level 3 queries received from Customers Service team;
Support
the logistics pertaining to training material (internal and external);
Any
other task as requested by Director, Training.
We would love to hear from you if
Undergraduate student or recently graduated student majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy or Education is preferred;
Proven
organizational skills with demonstrated ability in conducting market
research, preparing papers and managing projects while maintaining high
attention to details;
Excellent
inter-personal skills;
Excellent
PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs;
Excellent
oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of other
languages would be an asset.
Ability
to work effectively in an international and multicultural
environment;
Possesses
strong communication skills.
Experience
in the air transport industry would be an asset
