About the team you are joining
IATA
offers a variety of solutions to the aviation industry, assisting airlines,
GDSs, airports, and other stakeholders in ensuring safe and enjoyable travel
experiences.
The
Survey Solutions team operates within the IATA Commercial Products &
Services department. Its primary focus is on developing, conducting, and
enhancing IATA's survey programs helping airlines to optimize passengers
satisfaction, safety and other areas benefiting from survey and benchmark
intelligence.
Reporting
to the Product Manager, Survey Solutions, you will be tasked with establishing
and launching some of the latest innovative survey programs offered by IATA.
What your day would be like
As
the Intern Survey Solutions, you will be responsible for:
Setting-up
and deploying survey programs from scratch: from questionnaire creation to
sample, quotas and weights management, fieldwork monitoring and dashboard
creation.
Supporting
the Survey Solutions team achieving financial targets;
Developing
and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external
stakeholders;
Managing
external suppliers in delivery projects;
Supporting
creation and execution for the marketing and sales strategies in collaboration
with the respective teams;
Supporting
customer service with cases resolution;
Acting
as an internal expert for the IATA Survey Solutions programs.
We would love to hear from you if
Recently
graduated (within 1 year) from University with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in
Business Administration, Economics or Marketing with a focus on Market
Research, Customer Insights specialization;
Strong
analytical mindset, with strong quantitative analytical abilities;
Survey
set-up and field monitoring experience;
Online
survey platform experience;
BI
/ data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) experience;
Ability
to work in a multicultural team environment;
Customer
orientated with excellent communication skills;
Excellent
English writing and oral skills; additional languages would be an asset.
