The Brand Manager (FTC 9 months) will be responsible for working with the brand team to develop, implement and manage brand marketing activity to ensure a strong and consistent brand identity is recognised by customers. This role will be key to protecting brand consideration and preference in ROI, while growing awareness and consideration in UK and NATL.
This role will involve the execution successful campaigns that drive our brand forward, while also being responsible for managing brand consistency across multiple touchpoints.
The Brand Manager will be responsible for:
Growing the brand marketing strategy, evolving it from where it currently stands to ensure growth across all key markets.
Being the voice of the brand both internally and externally, ensuring a consistent brand experience for all customers.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure consistency across channels and materials.
Driving effective integrated marketing campaigns to achieve brand KPIs.
Monitoring and measure brand activity, ensuring data-driven decisions are made to optimise all brand activity.
Collaborating with wider marketing team and PR to ensure a unified brand experience across all touchpoints.
Ensuring best practice activity in conjunction with Creative & Media agencies.
Ensuring brand alignment across all brand, tactical, sponsorship, social and digital creative.
We are looking for an individual with experience / qualifications in the following areas:
5+ years’ of relevant marketing experience.
Balances analysis and execution and adjusts thinking in the face of new information.
Passionate about brand, with keen understanding of brand architecture, positioning and purpose.
Experience working across media, digital, experiential, PR, culture.
Builds strong relationships to successful work across functions and in multi-agency environment.
Successful management of senior stakeholders, resulting in strong and positive outcomes.
Passion for consumer insights and truly customer focused.
Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environment.
Strong commercial and numerical acumen with attention to detail.
Excellent communicator who presents a credible, commercially aware position to key stakeholders and with excellent people management skill.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent punctuality and attendance record.
Be in possession or be able to pass a strict airport security vetting procedure which includes a 5-year background check.
Eligible to live and work in the EU.
Hold a current unrestricted worldwide passport.
