Job Purpose
Ensure that Vueling standards are applied in airport operations and that teams and suppliers have everything necessary to perform their functions to achieve the best customer experience (NPS), Customer Satisfaction, Costs and Punctuality with maximum security.
Main Accountabilities

- Comply with the punctuality and service quality objectives set by the company (NPS/OTP).

- Ensure that Vueling standards are applied in airport operations.
- Operate in a fluid way to achieve the best customer experience (NPS), Customer Satisfaction, Costs and Punctuality with maximum security.
- Make the department managed a better place to work.
- Fulfill the mission of the job if it is in the employee´s hand.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Ensure that Vueling ground operations follow the policy and standards set by the company at the airport and continually optimize processes.
- Supervise and coordinate Vueling operations at its airports.
- Anticipate possible incidents and manage disruption processes in any cancellation, escalating incidents that exceed the framework of action.
- Follow and manage audits, supervisions, and/or events at airports.
- Be the Focal point of ground operations, for service providers and airport authorities.
- Organize and manage the team, promoting their development, teamwork and communication, between their collaborators and the rest of the Company.
- Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.
Main Relationships
Handling, Aena, Civil Aviation, iOCC, Security, HR, Maintenance.
Education
Airport Management.
Experience
3-5 years of airport operational experience, duty manager or airline representative.
Languages
English C1 (in International Airports)
English B2 (Spanish Airports)
Local Language C1
