About The Role & Team
Reporting directly to the
Chief Service Officer, your mission will be supporting and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day business and management activities. You will closely interact with the CSO and the leadership team and employees in the department, based across Montreal, Paris, London, and Barcelona. This role is a unique opportunity to grow, shadowing the company's management while being at the heart of the global technology company in the Air Transport Industry.

The top management's primary concern is navigating complexity. Between managing a department of about 150 people in multiple countries, maintaining network and systems infrastructure, and supporting a worldwide customer base in a complex environment is challenging, the CSO is seeking assistance not limited to specific business tasks but also in streamlining his responsibilities as the department head.
The rapid evolution of SITA for Aircraft requires a reliable liaison and confidante for our Management, ensuring their focus and efficient task delegation. This pivotal role could be yours!

What You Will Do
- Manage diverse activities and projects within the department, accounting for varying priorities, timelines, and resource needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to balance projects and communicate internal priorities effectively.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines, ensuring accountability among project owners.
- Facilitate, prepare and coordinate weekly and monthly global team meetings
- Support in the successful execution of annual plans and strategic agenda milestones.
- Assist in crafting presentation materials for management team meetings.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for the Business Approval Board.
- Provide support for CSO meetings and agenda (attendance delegated in some cases)
- Collaborate with department Managers on the development of new initiatives and projects.
- Produce communications across various channels, including presentations and announcements, and support meetings by managing messaging, agendas, speaker selection, and logistics.
- Support with HR-related activities for the department such as coordinating recruitment, onboarding of new members and various ad hoc projects depending on the priorities of the moment
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years professional experience, including internships
- Experience working in complex, international/multi-cultural and fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English - both verbal and written
- University degree in Business Management, Project Management, or similar
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain focus amidst shifting priorities.
- High proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong collaboration and coordination skills.
- Self-driven and inherently motivated to excel and deliver results.
- Courage to question the status quo and propose innovative solutions
- Curious and out-side of the box thinker
- Strong sense of personal accountability
Nice-to-have
- Experience in Air Transport or IT is a plus
- Early professional experience in project management is a plus
