At easyJet holidays, we’re proud to offer ‘Destinations’, our two-year Graduate Development Programme, designed to provide you with in-depth experience and professional development in the travel industry.
‘Destinations’ is a unique opportunity to work on strategic projects that drive our business forwards, gaining hands-on experience in Customer, Commercial, Digital and Operations.
The programme includes a minimum of 3 ‘destinations’ (rotations), during which you’ll immerse yourself in different areas of our business, developing your skills and expertise and building a comprehensive understanding of how we deliver brilliant holidays for our customers. You’ll then have the opportunity to select your last destination, with the opportunity to progress to a successful career with us once you complete the programme.
Throughout your destinations journey, you’ll participate in formal and informal learning sessions to build your technical knowledge and leadership skills, and you’ll create solutions that contribute directly to strategic plans and initiatives that will help us achieve our mission to become Europe’s most loved holiday company.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
We’re looking for people with the ambition to become future travel industry leaders, so it’s important that you’re a strong communicator and capable of building relationships across teams with a range of stakeholders. You’ll be highly organised and committed to delivering exceptional work on time, within scope and on budget.
You’ll be somebody who works collaboratively, actively supporting team members, and committed to enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You’re able to identify areas for improvement, implementing meaningful changes, and measuring the impact of those changes to drive continuous improvement.
You’ll be able to process information from different projects and be able to decide how to manage that appropriately, sometimes under pressure, to come to an informed decision to ensure successful project outcomes.
Ideally you’ll have or be predicted a 2:1 degree. Some rotations may involve shift work, giving you an authentic insight into our operational world and the chance to work closely with our teams on the front line.
Our Application Process
If you have previously applied for the easyJet Management, Finance or Engineering graduate programme, the process for easyJet holidays may look and feel a little bit different. Here’s what you can expect;
Stage 1: Submit your CV and initial application.
Stage 2: You’ll be invited to complete our task based assessment to uncover your natural strengths, along with a video submission to bring your application to life and showcase your personality. (In return we’ll provide you with valuable feedback and insights to support your job search, regardless of whether your application progresses to the next stage).
Stage 3: Successful candidates will progress to a 1:1 interview (via Microsoft Teams) with one of our business leaders (WC 17 and 24 March 2025)
Stage 4: Successful candidates will be invited to attend an in-person assessment centre at the easyJet holidays HQ in Luton (WC 14 April 2025)
Start: September 2025
The deadline for applications is 23:59 on 12 February 2025.
We Love People, Not Bots
GenAI tools are transforming how we approach countless tasks at work, and at easyJet holidays we are embracing these tools, not banning them (we’ve even developed our own in-house tool, “Orange AI”).
However, a job application is two-way opportunity to get to know each other better – so while we want to embrace GenAI, we also want to ensure we see the real you throughout the process.
If you choose to use GenAI, we recommend only using it as a helpful tool – whether for brainstorming, organising your thoughts, or calming your interview nerves. Don’t let it overshadow your unique experiences or personal stories, nor should it be used to complete assessments that are designed to evaluate your personality or abilities.
What’s In It For You
In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company-wide bonus scheme and a 5% pension contribution. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
You'll have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, as well as free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
At easyJet holidays, we create unforgettable experiences for our customers, we strive to do the same for our people. As such we're committed to supporting our team with development opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere.
The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office (some rotations may require you to be onsite fulltime, or overseas for periods of time).
