Working in the Product Innovation - Excursions and Holidays Services team, you’ll assist with managing the commercial proposition of our excursions and transfer product and assist in researching and launching new holiday services to maximise sales and revenue in line with Company targets.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the management of the excursions, transfers and holiday services and manage the life cycle of the product from when it is contracted through to it appearing on all distribution channels.
- Build relationships across both Jet2holidays departments and external partners to identify new experiences, transfers and service opportunities, collating new ideas and owning initial research, making recommendations on which ideas to prioritise and progress.
- Take ownership to ensure content is 100% accurate across all distribution channels and systems, giving the best representation possible to the target customers, and ensuring content is available to agreed deadlines.
- Own researching and contributing to the creation of business cases, where needed, and bringing new services to market.
- Continually review the excursions and transfers programme identifying new opportunities and maintaining availability & visibility of current stock across all selling systems.
- Monitor the sales performance of all excursions and make amendments and recommendations in line with changing market positions.
- Deputise for the Product Innovation Manager when required and provide any necessary support to colleagues to ensure the department runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
What You’ll Have
- A proven track record in a similar role is desirable, with a good knowledge of the travel industry.
- High level of verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels across the business.
- Effective team player experienced in working across multiple departments but also willing to work off own initiative.
- Ability to conduct detailed research and document and summarise findings.
- Highly numerate, analytical and accurate with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in highly pressurised environment and travel abroad on their own, when required.
- Previous project management experience or involvement in developing and launching new customer propositions is desirable.
