What you will need:
- Studies in Aeronautical Management, Aeronautical Engineering, Flight Dispatch, Pilot License, or similar.
- Advanced Spanish & English (written and spoken)
- A strong understanding of the aviation operational environment (a plus)
- Willingness to work different shifts.
- Ability to handle real-time operational challenges and find practical solutions.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
