As part of our Accounts Payable team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our vendor relationships strong and our financial operations running smoothly. If you thrive in organized, collaborative environments and feel motivated when your work has a real impact, this role is made for you.

How will it be to work with us?
Solve invoice discrepancies by identifying issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring everything is correctly processed.
Request and reconcile vendor account statements to keep our records aligned and up to date.
Communicate with vendors by phone and email, offering clear, helpful, and professional support.
Prepare and deliver reports that help us monitor our activity and improve our processes.
Support the invoice processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.
Assist during external audits, gathering documentation and providing the information required.
Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Manager on daily operations and participate in special projects that help us evolve and grow.

What will make you succeed in this position:
5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in environments with many vendors and high invoice volumes.
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Solid Excel skills to work comfortably with data and reports.
A customer-oriented mindset, with a positive, helpful, and solution-driven attitude.
Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical way of working.
A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar — not mandatory, but definitely a plus.
