Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with airline partners, and driving revenue through the sale of recruitment packages and advertising products on AirlineJobs.com.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new airline clients globally.
- Sell recruitment advertising products, and premium visibility packages.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct online meetings, presentations, and product demos with HR and recruitment teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize client campaigns.
- Track sales activities in the CRM system and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
- Represent AirlineJobs.com in industry events, online webinars, and conferences when required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, HR tech, SaaS, media, or advertising.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive) and digital sales tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Understanding of the aviation industry is a plus, but not required.
