Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and technically fluent
Technical Expert /
Product Manager to lead the development of our Industrial Data Platform with a focus on
AI/ML-driven intelligence,
autonomous operations, and
agentic AI capabilities. This platform powers next-generation industrial applications across O&G verticals — enabling predictive insights, autonomous decision-making, and intelligent agents that interact with complex industrial systems including reliability, process, digital twins and operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive product development and commercialization, including strategy, market research, and customer engagement for Honeywell’s Industrial Data Platform.
- Elaborate business requirements for platform capabilities such as
- Edge connectivity, time-series data, digital twins, and AI/ML integration.
- scalable features for AI/ML model deployment—forecasting, anomaly detection, computer vision, and edge AI inference.
- Development of agentic AI interfaces, data ingestion, contextualization, and semantic modeling for industrial use cases.
- Scalable data lake house architecture for AI workloads
- Oversee product lifecycle, roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market execution. Collaborate with engineering, technology, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative solutions leveraging AI/ML, digital twins, and industrial data integration.
- Engage customers through advisory forums and support channels, gather feedback, and respond to needs.
- Monitor industry trends and competition, optimize pricing, and enable scalable, autonomous operations to achieve measurable business results.
- Establish KPIs to track adoption and revenue impact.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SaaS business models, customer success strategies, and technical product management with more than 3 years of experience.
- Strong grasp of industrial applications, OT/IT/ET integration, data protocols (OPC UA, MQTT), and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms, MLOps, UI/UX.
- Skilled in cross-functional teamwork, communication, and creative problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering;
- Proficient with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), MLOps tools, and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Understands agentic AI, digital twins, and autonomous decision systems.
- Knowledgeable about AI safety, ethics, and regulatory standards in industrial settings.
