Join us as a Crew Records Specialist, where you will support Norse’s operations by managing crew training documentation, certifications, medicals, and other essential records. Working closely with planning, HR, and regulatory bodies, you’ll help ensure compliance and operational readiness across our network. This role is ideal for someone who excels in administrative work and wants to grow within the aviation industry. Aviation experience is not required - what matters most is your proactive mindset and a drive to learn.
This is a full-time, office-based role located in Riga, Latvia, with a temporary contract until30th of September 2026.
Your responsibilities will include:
Update and validate crew training documentation for all flight crew;
Maintain accurate records of crew certifications, liaise with planning and people teams for re-training, and prepare reports for audits;
Manage and maintain comprehensive records of crew qualifications, training, licenses, medicals, visas, and passports;
Monitor expiration dates and coordinate timely renewals or updates to ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness;
Liaise with crew management, HR, and regulatory bodies to support documentation verification and audit processes;
Generate reports to inform crew planning and compliance teams;
Support onboarding and record-keeping processes for new and current personnel.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in aviation is preferred;
A quick learner who can adapt to airline operations software;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling records and deadlines;
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Fluency in spoken and written English, required as it is the primary language used for communication within the international teams.
