As a Customer Response Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our 24/7 Operations Control Center, providing real-time information and proactive support to passengers affected by delays, cancellations, or other operational challenges.

How will it be to work with us?
• Support our passengers during daily operations, providing clear information and solutions when disruptions occur, always in coordination with Ground Operations.
• Proactively manage situations like overbooking, helping arrange hotels, flights, meals, and ground transport when needed.
• Follow sensitive cases and make courtesy calls to passengers with special needs, always with empathy and professionalism.
• Work closely with Operations, Call Center, and Ground Services to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Use CRM tools to track cases, document interactions, and ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Keep cost control in mind and support administrative tasks such as booking issue management and finance-related cases (fraud, chargebacks).
What will make you succeed in this position:
• Experience in customer service, ideally in aviation or as a handling agent. Studies in Aeronautical Management are more than welcome.
• Strong communication skills in French, English and Spanish.
• Calm, solution-oriented mindset, even in high-pressure situations.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.
Take in consideration that while you’ll work closely with Volotea team, this role is contracted through a third-party partner. This means your employment agreement and benefits will be provided by the third party rather than Volotea directly.
