Brief About The Role/ Team/ Candidate Requirement
The Senior Executive will play a critical role in planning, tracking, and executing crew training schedules in compliance with DGCA regulations and company policies. This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors effectively. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of working under pressure in a dynamic environment
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Professional qualifications in business or people management will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in the airline or aviation industry.
Skill set
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with crew management systems is desirable.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English).
- Knowledge of aviation operations will be an added advantage

Job Responsibility
- Ensure crew training and roster plans are implemented as per DGCA regulations and company policies.
- Plan monthly training schedules and execute assignments efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders for smooth planning and execution.
- Monitor and track crew currency and qualifications to ensure operational stability.
- Update crew-related details in systems on a real-time basis.
- Provide timely inputs and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Respond to crew queries accurately and promptly.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements, company policies, and system rules.
