Brief About The Role / Team / Candidate Requirement
The Senior Executive – Crew Systems will play a critical role in supporting IndiGo’s crew management systems (primarily AIMS or equivalent). This position ensures smooth functioning of crew scheduling, rostering, and operational workflows while maintaining compliance with DGCA regulations and company policies. The role requires strong analytical skills, system knowledge, and the ability to work under time-sensitive operational conditions.
Qualification & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in airline operations, OCC, crew management, or crew systems.
- Familiarity with AIMS or similar crew management platforms preferred.
- Graduate in Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field.
Skill Set
- Understanding of crew scheduling, rostering, and FDTL/FTL rules.
- Proficiency in crew management systems and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor crew scheduling, pairing, rostering, and day-of-ops systems.
- Ensure system stability and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Assist in crew planning, rostering, and disruption management workflows.
- Identify process gaps and suggest automation opportunities.
- Liaise with OCC, Flight Ops, Cabin Ops, HR/Crew Resources, and IT for system-related requirements.
- Coordinate with system vendors for issue resolution and minor enhancements.
