Assistant Manager, Corporate Strategy
Reports To
General Manager, Corporate Strategy
Role Purpose
- Works with the GM / Manager of Corporate Strategy to translate MAG vision and mission to articulate clear strategic priorities and action plans for the airline group
- Supports the Manager of Corporate Strategy in delivering his / her duty as the Group Strategy business partner for the respective business verticals
Key Accountability
- Supports the management of all strategic related assignments on behalf for MAG for the assigned business verticals under the new TOM ; serves to support the Manager of Corporate Strategy in the role of being the strategic point person for the Head of Corporate Strategy and Group Chief Strategy Officer
- Supports / lead and work with respective cross-functional and business units leaders to conduct the required business case assessments to develop clear strategic roadmaps, scenario planning and ultimately recommendations to the senior leadership team / MAG Board
- Supports the identification, review and assessment of business opportunities for the assigned business vertical and its associated businesses to support the overall group's LTBP2.0
- Supports the project management of special / strategic initiatives to drive performance improvement across the group and its subsidiaries
- To lead and deliver specific analysis to support overall business case and strategic development as required by the various businesses and entities within MAG
Qualification & Experience
Degree in Mathematics / Economics / Engineering / Business Studies with 1-2 years experience in Business Planning, Project Management, Corporate Planning
