Senior Officer, Special Product Handling - Perishable

Assistant Manager, Special Product Handling
Role Purpose
The position is to ensure day to day operation functions in MABKargo, Special Product Handling - Perishable, operations functions are smoothly handled and compliance with the handling requirements / regulations and meeting the customer service agreement.
Key Accountability
- Serving the customer at Perishable Handling by performing Acceptance, Delivery and warehouse functions as per company Standard Operating Procedures, IATA Perishable Cargo Regulations/IATA Temperature Control Regulations/IATA Dangerous Goods, other regulations (MAQIS/ Custom/ Perhilitan/ CITES) and company requirements.
- Plan, monitor and ensure smooth day to day overall operation functions at Perishable Handling - physical cargo handling, data update including documentation and daily revenue collection.
- Ensure meeting customers Service Level Agreement.
- Verify daily vendor performance and prepare daily summary operations report.
- Ensure improvement program are implemented as per planned.
Qualifications & Working Experience
- Minimum SPM qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year working experienced for Diploma / Degree or;
- Minimum 3 years working experience for SPM holder.
- Basic DGR.
- Basic Cargo handling.
- Knowledge in air logistic.
- Knowledge in air cargo operations.
