Role Overview
Individual contributor role responsible for diagnosing organizational challenges and shaping enterprise-wide solutions across culture, leadership, and future capabilities. The role emphasizes advisory partnership, solution design, and enablement to drive sustainable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose organization-wide needs related to culture, and future skills using interviews and OD frameworks
- Drive organization effectiveness and transformation priorities
- Design and enable scalable frameworks and interventions
- Facilitate leadership discussions, workshops, and working sessions
- Drive change adoption by embedding solutions into systems, processes, and ways of working
- Track impact and refine interventions using insights and analytics

- Leadership & Organisation development teams
- Cross-functional teams
Success Indicators
- Clear linkage between organization initiatives and business outcomes
- Sustainable shifts in leadership behaviors, culture, and ways of working
Job Requirements
- Master’s in HR, or Certification in OD, Psychology preferred
- 10-15 years+ experience in organization development, transformation, or internal consulting
- Proven experience working with senior leadership on enterprise initiatives
- Strong OD, change, and consulting capability

- This role will be having rotational shifts and rotational offs
