Hello! We are Volotea, the airline of small and mid-sized cities in Europe.
As a Logistics Intern, you’ll be close to where things really happen. You’ll support the flow of critical materials, help resolve AOG situations, and make sure the right parts reach the right place at the right time. It’s a hands-on role where speed, coordination, and attention to detail make a real difference to daily operations.

How will it be to work with us?
Support the AOG process, including material requests, deliveries, and inventory checks.
Help source required items, selecting the most effective shipping solutions based on availability and urgency.
Coordinate with company drivers, contracted couriers, and shipping providers to arrange timely deliveries.
Track shipments end to end and, upon delivery, ensure receipt transactions are completed so parts are correctly recorded in inventory.

What will make you succeed in this position:
You’re organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a dynamic, hands-on environment:
Currently studying Aeronautical Management, Engineering or related field.
Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
A methodical and analytical mindset, with a strong service-oriented attitude.
Good attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
A true team player, comfortable in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
