About the role
To manage and follow up on litigation, administrative procedures, and authority requirements, with a strong focus on passenger claims and administrative litigation, safeguarding the company’s interests and reducing legal and operational risks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on passenger complaints before PROFECO, including hearings, requirements, and the initiation of administrative procedures.
- Draft legal briefs, motions, and filings, and perform procedural actions in administrative, civil, commercial, criminal litigation, as well as direct and indirect amparo proceedings.
- Respond to and follow up on official requests and notices issued by administrative and judicial authorities.
- Attend hearings both in person and through platforms.
- Manage small claims and provide timely reporting on case progress.
- Maintain proper organization and control of physical and digital litigation files.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- 3–5 years of experience in administrative and labor litigation. Please note that this position falls under the Jr Lawyer/Analyst level.
- Solid understanding of administrative and judicial procedures.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong legal drafting, argumentation, and negotiation skills.
