Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Mexico – Onsite)
Collins Aerospace is seeking a
Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in Mexico. In this role, you will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists that provide administrative support on
high-volume hiring initiatives across the Americas, primarily in the United States and Canada. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and Advisors across the Americas to deliver top talent in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

What You Will Do
- Build, mentor and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists that will provide support to requisition-carrying Talent Advisors across the Americas. This team will be responsible for:
- Reviewing job descriptions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external standards
- Utilize sourcing, recruiting, and networking tools to identify and attract qualified talent when applicant flow is limited
- Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and qualifications against role requirements
- Maintain real-time and accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Set the vision and strategy for this new Talent Acquisition Hub
- Partner with Senior Talent Acquisition Leaders and Talent Acquisition Advisors across the Americas to identify appropriate use cases for Talent Acquisition Hub support.
- Ensure optimal staffing levels and workload distribution across the team as much as possible
- Work with team to develop and manage development plans
- Drive performance accountability, setting clear performance expectations with team members and managing them through regular KPI/SLA reviews
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable local, state/provincial, and federal/national employment laws and regulations
- Leverage recruiting tools and labor market insights to provide competitive intelligence and hiring trends to develop Talent Attraction Strategies for the roles supported by your team
- Demonstrate strong data analytics and presentation-building abilities, with the ability to obtain and analyze raw data to convey key insights to inform recruiting strategies
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically Requires a University degree and minimum 10 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience leading and developing a team of Talent Acquisition Professionals
- Expertise in recruiting for a variety of discipline areas which may include: Program Management, Engineering, Digital Technologies, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Production & Maintenance, and Administrative and Leadership roles
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience leading a team of a minimum of 5 Talent Acquisition professionals
- Talent Acquisition for an Aerospace Company
- International Recruiting experience; specifically in the United States and Canada
- Strong data analytics and presentation-building abilities
- Proficiency with Workday Recruiting
- Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, performance analytics and process optimization
- Background in large, multinational organizations (10,000+employees)
- Experience working within a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective partnerships with peers and key stakeholders
