Designation- Lounge Executive
Location- General Aviation Terminal
Roles & Responsibilities
ü Render customer service to VVIP passengers/guests in the FBO.
ü Work closely with Customer Service Agent/Supervisor to ensure an efficient and professional service is delivered within the lounge area.
ü Facilitate comfort of passengers/guests and create harmonious atmosphere.
ü Taking care of guest queries concerning flight schedules; hotels; arrival or departure time etc if inquired.
ü Assist passengers/guests regarding FBO facilities.
ü Provide refreshment to passengers & Crew.
ü Taking care of pantry and keeping a follow up regarding its daily requirement and accordingly handing over to the next shift
These duties are indicative of the role and are not exhaustive and may change to meet the Companies Business Objectives from time to time.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fluent in english
- Pleasing personality
- Graduate
- Both male and female candidates required
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
- Knowing how to drive will be an advantage
- Computer knowledge
